Order Processing Steps

• Order Confirmation: After placing an order on our site, please allow up to 2 days for us to confirm it.
• Order Processing: Once confirmed, your order will be processed within 2-4 days.
• Shipping: After processing, Your order will be dispatched which typically takes 7-8 days to reach your delivery address, depending on your location.

Important Notice (COD & Payments)

• Do NOT transfer any amount for COD orders until the courier arrives at your doorstep. MOMETOX is not responsible for any financial loss due to unauthorized payments.
• Do NOT pay cash to the rider for prepaid orders. Report any issues to info@mometox.com immediately.
